Aquí las vacaciones empiezan con la vista a la montaña desde la ventana. El apartamento dispone de un dormitorio, una habitación infantil con litera (posibilidad de cama supletoria), un amplio salón-comedor, una pequeña cocina con lavavajillas, un baño con ducha y WC, un balcón, TV y radio. Lo más destacado para los niños es la "cama de observación de burros" para los pequeños. Los apartamentos ofrecen una cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas. Disponen de ducha, WC, toallas y secador de pelo. Dos dormitorios cerrados, así como un salón con sofá y TV, ofrecen suficiente espacio para todos los huéspedes.
